I grew up in Orange County with a single mom and learned at an early age not to depend on anyone when my dad passed at the age of 6 with kidney cancer leaving my mom in massive debt.

I became independent and grew up fast. I lived in Los Angeles, Cabo San Lucas and Bangkok Thailand (3 years). 

Early on in life I built a fitness company using social media because I loved empowering people to live their best lives by being their best selves.

After ten years, I sold my fitness company as my husband and I were looking to get into developing homes.

As we were having conversations with a lot of agents, I saw how poor real estate agents were in terms of service.

I was at a point in my life where I was open to a new direction and I saw this as an opportunity, and I decided I should get licensed and give real estate a shot. 

I ended up loving it very quickly and I dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of selling properties at their maximum value.

At first I saw a gap where agents were not using social media to get the homes they were selling in front of the right people. 

There’s so many people relocating to our city and most homes are not marketed to these people with modern cutting edge tech, using avenues like the ones I had learned building my fitness business to reach people.

Which means that homeowners are often leaving a lot on the table, as only a fraction of the people who could bid an offer for their home even end up seeing it in the first place.

That’s why I was set on perfecting a process that not only provides a service that perfectly meets the clients needs and desires but also gets it in front of the right people so they get more showings, offers and ultimately, the highest possible sale price.

Fast forward 6 years, I belonged to the 1# luxury brokerage in Las Vegas.

I love being a part of my clients’ journey, handing off the keys to another family and helping them find their next home. The most rewarding thing is helping people reach another level of financial success and being a part of the journey.

Today, I’m grateful to be providing tailored real estate experiences to homeowners in Henderson and Las Vegas with a fresh and innovative approach with the 1# luxury team in town.
